- Responsible for finding, execution of debugging processes and problem solving related to any relevant operating system and/or other systems software problems
- Provide technical support to users and assistance on cross-functional disciplines as and when required
- To stay Up-to-Date with the different developments within the IT industry and make recommendations on changes to improve the performance of relevant areas
- Give technical assistance to the validation of new hardware and to the installation of relevant Software products
Your profile
- Bachelor´s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- Strong experience with Software development in Python and Ansible
- Good knowledge in Cisco and Palo Alto, Firewall and Network security, Juniper, Cloud AWS and Google Cloud
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
