Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen Analyst mit folgenden Aufgaben und Skills:The functions include:
• End User Services (e.g. Desktop)
• ID Infrastructure & Administration
• IT Infrastructure Architecture and Strategy
• IT Security (known as Global Security and Risk)
• Voice, Data and Audio-Visual infrastructure and Networks
Audit & Risk Management (ARM) - The Global Team
Under Global Security and Risk the Audit & Risk Management (ARM) actively manages the global Audit and Risk issue resolution process for IES and includes the management of Internal & External Audits, Self Assessments and Risk Assessments.
Assessment Management Team (AMT) – Function & Responsibilities
The Assessment Management Team (AMT) are responsible for the operational execution of products and services delivered by ARM and regularly interface with Group Audit and clients within the IES functions. AMT manages the global Audit and Risk issue resolution process for IES and drives identified and Self Identified issues to closure.
• End-to-End Responsibility - For the planning, fieldwork coordination and tracking of open issues/actions (for internal/ external audits).
• Planning – Gains understanding of the planned audit scope (topics to be included on internal and external audits), informs key stakeholders and drives the quality assurance assessments in preparation (producing Self Identified issues).
• Fieldwork - Proactively manages internal and external audit processes. Verify factual correctness of issues. Assesses individual resolution plans for quality, prior to submission to audit.
• Resolution (Progress Tracking) – Tracks open issues to ensure the required resolution is in progress (meeting the required solution and set timelines). Validates that all risks have been addressed prior to requesting audit closure.
• Status Reporting - Maintenance of the ARM planning, tracking repositories and reporting.
• Validation – Coordinate internal reviews of closed issues to ensure weakness have been addressed (to identify any incomplete coverage/ weak evidences)
Assessment Management Team (AMT) - Requirements
• Past experience (2 to 3 years) or working in an IT Infrastructure Environment in particular in the IT Audit & Risk/ IT Security areas. Such experience should mainly be gained in a large corporation preferable in the Investment banking sector. Knowledge of ITIL 3 is preferred.
• Business language English is mandatory (written & verbal).
• Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills with the ability to interface in a multicultural environment and on all hierarchy levels.
• Self-confident, drives tasks, takes initiative and ability to manage workload and any occurring conflicts.
• Able to coordinate and deliver multiple high priority tasks in parallel.
• Excellent team player, flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Experience working on virtual teams and globally matrixed organizations.
• Establish good cooperation and support relationships with IT clients.
• Masters/Degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent Diploma).
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or equivalent.
• CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or equivalent.
• 6-Sigma Green Belt Certification, preferred.
