Task:Cooperation in the project of SM (Service Management) und SLA (Service Level Agreements) as well as lead position in the area of OLA (Operation Level Agreement)
Global OLM (Operation Level Agrement) ~ 60%
- drive infrastructure delvierables to success (global roadmaps, concepts & coordination)
- participate in weekly working group meetings
- help drive the implementation of the OLM role in all regions consistently
- status reporting to overall program
Business conituity Management : (BCM ~ 10%)
- Runbook approvement process (Demand, proof, check with TIS, agree to AD)
Crisis Management Team CMT ~ 0-20%

Requirements (Must have):
- Process-oriented approaches (Implemented already a Global Process) -> medium
- SLM knowledge (SLA/OLA/Products ect.) -> high
- ITIL ; deeper understanding -> medium
- product costing -> low
- English language knowlegde
