For our client located near Munich, we are looking for a System Quality Engineer (m/f/d)Aufgaben:- Defines,Writes and maintains Quality Assurance Plan and Strategy for product development (System, Hardware, Mechanic) incl. activities, responsibilities, escalation strategy
- QM – Plan Serial production and Run & Rate studies together with the APQP Engineers of the plants
- Responsible for all quality items in the project
- Evaluate the compliance of development to internal processes and procedures.
- Assess quality of development work products (e.g. Requirements specifications, Test Specification, Designs)
- Assure quality of release procedure and baselines (System, Hardware, Mechanic).
- Record evidences of quality assurance activities.
- Consults, support and assisst the team with resolution on non-conformances, quality topics and lessons learned.
- Participates in project team meetings including in FMEA Meetings (e.g. System, Design, Process).
- Participates in Design Reviews, Phase Reviews and Gate Reviews.
- Carry out systematic Root cause analysis of failure
- professional knowledge in Version Management tools, Requirements Management Systems
- good experience in embedded development processes (e.g. V-model)
- professional knowledge in Automotive Standards (APQP, IATF, VDA6.3, ASPICE)
- FMEA experience
