For our customer in Nuremberg Area, Germany we are currently searching for a Desktop Support Specialist (w/m)Project Start: 07.02.11
Project duration: 6 Weeks
Location:Nuremberg Area, Germany and Europewide
Role:
- Rollout and on-site technical support and troubleshooting in Desktop arena (WinXP, Vista)
- Windows Server administration and troubleshooting (Win)
- Network troubleshooting (Cisco VPN)
- Travel involved within Europe and possibly furtherKnow-How:
- Excellent experience as Desktop Engineer
- Knowledge in Network troubleshooting and Win Server administration
- Some knowledge in Client security applications (Antivirus, firewall, VPN)
- Availability to travel
- willing to work shifts (incl. weekend and evenings)
Language Knowledge:
- Written and spoken English know-how is demanded, all documentation will be in English
- German knowledge would be beneficial
