Should have around 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst out of which at least 4 years of Exp as BA on Marketing Cloud platform.
Should have strong understanding of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and its functionalities
Should also be knowing Salesforce and its ecosystem very well
Knowledge on configuring Salesforce including workflows, validation rules, and security controls is an added advantage
Should be able to interact with Business stake holders, capture requirements and document them
Experience working in an Agile environment required.
Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and technologies
