What You Will Do On The Job
Performing advanced diagnosis of incidents
Implementing non-standard changes to the environment
Presenting and consulting with internal and external technical counterparts
Management of system performance, capacity, service quality
Participation in and execution of projects
Handling and resolve incident, problem and change tickets
Identifying & investigating repeated issues and work with Network and responsible support group
Basic administration & troubleshooting of operating systems, custom applications, and tools.
Main Requirements (experience Or Industry Knowledge With)
Windows Server (IPAM, DNS and DHCP Service)
Linux Server (IPAM, DNS and DHCP Service)
Infoblox solution (IPAM, DNS and DHCP Service)
