SAP MDG Expert (on S/4 HANA project) - Germany - €600-€700/day plus expenses - 12 months (2yr Project) - Immediate start
bluewaveSELECT have been retained by an international Multi Billion revenue end-user organisation to engage them with an exceptional SAP MDG Consultant to play a key role on their S/4HANA implementation. The SAP MDG function is currently being formalised and so there are opportunities here at Consultant, Senior and Lead/SME level.
Specifically this role will see you engage in both a functional and business capacity by mapping a data model for strategic, regulatory, product and material data levels with the overall aim of centralisation. As such you should have an excellent commercial understanding of MDG gained specifically on a large European SAP project. It is important that you can utilise specifically this experience to help guide the end user in decisions backed up by strong business communication.
The role is offering a good rate plus all expenses covered for travel and accommodation. The working pattern is Monday to Thursday onsite and Friday remote. Please note that it is also crucial you have recent experience gained on complex SAP projects within highly regulated sectors such as Life Sciences, Chemicals, Food, etc.

Key requirements;
- 5-10yrs in the areas of SAP MDG
- Strong functional SAP MDG expertise
- Strong Business SAP MDG expertise (ability to explain reasons for decisions to the business)
- Should have a strong focus on Material Master Data (MM) throughout career
- Must have project experience gained on a European project within Life Sciences, Chemicals or Food Processing
- Must be proactive
- ABAP or PLM experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Strong stakeholder management experience
