internal Marketing Expert (m/w/d)For one of our clients in the area of Nürnberg, we are currently looking for a internal Marketing Expert (m/w/d) on a freelance basis.
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns for our internal channels.
- Collaborate with marketing vendor and other professionals to coordinate awareness and marketing efforts.
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (internal social media like platforms, e-mail.)
- Consult in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
- Develop and implement a communication plans as per the project timelines.
- Execute communication content for the projects via email, yammer, intranet and other internal channels.
- Adhere to the company’s style guide, ensuring that we produce high-quality and errorfree copy.
- Translate technical communication into user friendly manner.
- Advise and evaluate on results of communication campaigns with the team.
- Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role.
- Experience in copywriting and editing, ability to tell a story in the user journey phase.
- Experience with info graphics, dynamic content creation.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills in English.
- Strategic and creative mindset.
- Well-organized and detail oriented.
- Content writing experience for all media platforms.
- Working knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing software (adobe creative suite)
- Bachelors Education in marketing, communications or equivalent.
