Ihre Aufgaben
The FrontSystem team, with key focus on Germany, is part of the IFSD Business Development department and therefore a key element in the IFSD matrix organisation. The team is responsible for the development and execution of the FSD strategy, in alignment with our customers (external & internal) needs, the overall IFSD IT operational model and regulatory requirements, to secure the ongoing competitiveness of our web-based service and support proposition. On a high level, the FS-team is accountable and/or responsible for the
support of the development of the overall business strategy
development of a highly competitive and market aligned FrontSystem strategy ("easy to deal with")
monitoring and analysis of our competitors' FSD propositions (market leaders & peer group)
development of standard and ad-hoc reports for decision making and enhancement processes
enhancement of our FSD proposition to increase our customers & client satisfaction
support of the development and maintenance of the underlying IT infrastructure for FS
maintenance of all FSD systems in alignment with defined SLAs, regulatory rules and internal policies
support of the IFS product and service proposition on a day-to-day and project-to-project basis
participation in task forces or projects to ensure the continuous enhancement of our overall proposition
managing the relationship with internal third parties and related budget
Fachliche Anforderungen
University or comparable degree in IT from advantage
10+ years work experience
7+ years experience in the IT business as programmer (background as System Analyst from advantage)
5+ years experience in the German insurance industry
Excellent programming skills in relevant programming languages used for insurance illustration tools, underlying servers, authentification and authorization processes, etc.
Good knowledge of the German insurance industry and fair understanding of insurance products (layers, product types, competitors, regulatory & tax environment, etc.)
Excellent knowledge of IT & Web platforms, processes, procedures, suppliers, etc.
Excellent knowledge of insurance illustration tools (GUI, calculation core, databases, interfaces, etc.)
Very good knowledge of key industry standards (BiPRO, GDV related norms, data protection laws, etc.)
Very good knowledge of insurance portal solutions (B2B & B2C) and web-based service tools (e-application solutions, etc.) used in the insurance industry to ease the sales and service processes of insurance products from a customer and partner prospective
Fair knowledge of project management, planning processes/tools and the ability to execute activities in an international, multi-lingual and -cultural environment under high pressure
Good developed analytical skills, including ability to execute and interpret analytics, benchmarks and market reports
Good developed ability to understand and present complicated subjects in an in-depth, object manner and understandable manner
Fluency in German (mother tongue or close to mother tongue) and English
Persönliche Anforderungen
Good networking capacities, communication and negotiation skills in relation with internal customers and 3rd parties (insurance related IT industry) including the ability to identify and resolve areas of conflict, weakness or underperformance.
Good interpersonal and team building skills
