Strong background implementing and using industry standard performance testing tools - including LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, VSTS, etc.
Allocate work to the offshore team, plan and track the progress, report to customer
Experience in creating and executing performance evaluation, Performance Test Strategy & Plans
