Für einen unserer Kunden, einen Versicherer im Umkreis Köln, suchen wir ab sofort einen Senior System Engineer Citrix auf Azure (m/w/d) mit Deutsch und Englisch. Folgend die Anforderungen des Kunden in Englisch.Main tasks/ Domains of responsibility:
Server Based Computing Infrastructure and Desktop
Virtualization Engineering based on Microsoft Azure
Involved in review and design of Azure hosted
Citrix & VDI projects
Identifying options and improvement
Ensure/improve security
Requirements:
Technical requirements:
- Solution Architecture Experience
- Hands-on experience with Citrix at Azure
implementations
- Hands-on experience with Citrix technologies: XenApp,XenDesktop,Netscaler in an enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience of Windows Server
configuration and administration
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Knowledge of Appsense
- Good understanding of network engineering and security principles
- technical writing skills to write the proper documentation according to internal regulations
Non-technical requirements:
- Some flexibility in working hours is required
(occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work)
- Interested in Solution Architecture
- Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills
- Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter
- Interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- Able to follow change management procedures and
internal guidelines
- Able to work in a global team and in a multi-cultural environment
Methodology / certification requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics, Engineering,
Computer Science OR equivalent through
experience.
Advanced course work in technical systems plus
continued education in technical disciplines is
preferred
ITIL knowledge is recommended.
Proofed track record in Citrix and Microsoft Azure
Language Requirements
Local language German for Germany + English fluent
(mandatory)
