For a customer in Eschborn we are currently looking for a

Program & Project Manager - Release Management (m/f/d)

Scope of work
- all PMO / Program Management activities and the related costs
- overarching end-2-end test coordination
- go-live planning activities
- cost accounting and tracking of name changes in HR and Sourcing systems (as small in nature)
- cost accounting and tracking of Infrastructure / Access Rights activities (as overarching in nature)
- Be a member of onsite central Release Management team
- Collect release related information such as e.g. milestones and status from the projects
- Track milestones and deliverables to be provided by the projects
- Work closely with the rollout/cutover management team
- Having on call duty with ability to be onsite on short-term and on weekends
- Improve and keep up-to-date of the overall Release Management process and blueprint
- Ensure appropriate communication to all stakeholders, especially senior management (IT and Business) in fluent German and English
- Ensure appropriate escalation for any issues

Skills required
- Fluent German and English, spoken / verbal and written, negotiating skills
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge in following products: MS-Office, MS Project, MS-SharePoint, VBA-Marcos
