Mobile/Telco Site Coordinator/Bauleiter in Rödermark Freelance Long Project !
A leading telco customer is looking for a Site Coordinator !
MUST SPEAK GERMAN !
Task Description
- End-to-end responsibility for the planning and implementation of mobile radio construction measures in a region
- Preparation and planning of BTB, EP and AP with planning companies
- Control of the plans to be delivered according to quality criteria and compliance with the deadlines
- Coordination of the customer orders required for implementation in coordination with Costumer Care
- Ensuring all necessary prerequisites for implementation, including all schedule chains internally and externally
- Coordination of material orders (RFO) and ensuring availability at the implementation date
- Status maintenance and tracking on the Netsite
- Triggering/coordination of order requests to the customer as well as orders to subcontractors
- Monitoring of deadlines as well as checking of planning and documentation
- Preparation and participation in internal/external status meetings and reports
- Coordination with Back Office regarding buildability/integration capability of the construction measures (optional)
- Coordination of TI and Civil Works documentation from collection to acceptance (optional)
Competences
- Completed technical training or a comparable qualification with relevant professional practice
- Experience as a site coordinator (m/f/d) in the field of mobile communications, preferably in the Telefonica project
- Valid class B driver's license
- flexibility
- Teamwork
- Safe and independent use of MS Office, Netsite, Digis
- Understanding of complex technical relationships
- English knowledge is an advantage
- Proof of altitude suitability (G41 examination), first aid training, altitude rescue training
