Senior Microsoft Office 365 Engineer (m/w/d)Details:

Key Responsibilities:
• High-Level design and documentation of Microsoft 365 environment including Office 365
• Lead smaller projects within architecture autonomously with measurable outcomes
• Own and drive forward specific areas of technology architecture. Provide architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation.
• Provide architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for one or more technology domains.
• Acting as 3rd level support and related general ticket dispatching for companys branches worldwide or escalation management to Microsoft
• Maintain, monitor, analyse and configure related systems in place and make recommendations for improvements
• Design and validate user manuals, guidelines, trainings, documentation and policies
Requirements
Expertise:
• 3+ years deep technical understanding of Microsoft Cloud Services and Ecosystem
• 3+ years Office 365 related perform troubleshooting, problem resolution, testing, evaluation, backup and recovery procedures.
• Experience with O365 components as Skype, Exchange Online, OneDrive.
• Experience with support and administration of environments with high-availability and disaster recovery technologies such as clustering and replication
• Experience in designing building large scale, multi-regional environments and its governance
• Experience in using PowerShell for automation is a must
• Previous experience with Office 365
• Experience in implementing, maintaining MS Azure Information Protection and Microsoft Azure in general is an asset
Education
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, related field (field experience may be substituted for educational requirements)
• Existing Microsoft certificates are a must
