Candidate will be a single point of contact between operations units and project team. He/she is able to consolidate and verify requirements of operations stakeholders. He/she is able to verify deliverables according to given requirements, as well as communicate them to the stakeholders. Candidate works with ITAOs, Level 2& 3 support teams and is a permanent member of the project team.Strong background in Operations (DevOps / SRE)

Skillset:
• Experience and knowledge of Deutsche Bank platforms and services
• Experience with event, alert and incident management
• Able to create Key Operating Procedures as well as execute them
• Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service
• Thoroughness, ability to implement planned activities in time and with high quality
• Contributes to problem and root cause analysis
• Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders
• Is fluent in German and English
Customer acts as a curator within an B2B2C business setting and bundles multiple 3rd party and banking services to deliver a seamless customer experience as an infrastructure provider. The customer facing brand will be the partner participating in the platform. The scope will contain payments, identity solution, loyality & rewards as well as affiliate programs. In its MVP (Minimum Viable Product) the use case “Payments” will be developed. A new cards-based product for customers which can be linked via SEPA Direct Debit to any SEPA account not necessarily located at Deutsche Bank.
