For our client in North Rhine Westphalia we are looking for a Consultant Accounts Payable Automation (m/w/d).
Your tasks:
- Review the core business requirements, the business case build, software RFP process and fit gap analysis
- Transform requirements into IT specifications as input for software development and configurations
- Perform system configuration in conjunction with software vendors and integration partners
- Identify dependencies, synergies and promotion of convergence of processes
- Assessment of conformity and restrictions with regards to strategy, architecture (landscape), usability guidelines/ style guidelines, interfaces, performance and continuity of business processes
- Compiles and elaborates functional and non-functional requirements, validates and classifies requirements (e.g. business, stakeholder and transition requirements)
Your qualifications:
- Experience in Accounts Payable Handling and Automation software such as Kofax, Basware, Tradeshift, Serrala etc.
- Experience in SAP ECC integration technologies, e.g. ALE/IDOCS, BAPIs, RFC etc.
- Be able to complete business process and functional development projects to a high standard including writing functional specifications, testing developments, delivering training and go-live support
- Experience in identifying process improvements and beneficial usage of new technological developments
- Fluent English spoken and written
