As IT engineer works in onsite support team, provide IT support to users onsite, works with global support teams and other functional service teams.Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot local and remote PCs, phones, printers and other client side equipment.
Resolve tier 2 Helpdesk tickets that fall under the Desktop Services groups’ responsibility.
IT Purchase and IT asset management.
Assist with implementation of systems as global teams or business needs require.
KPIs of onsite support achievement, customer satisfaction, flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements and schedules.
Highly motivated with an ability to effectively prioritize and execute task in a high pressure environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Spoken and written English skill is a must.
