Task:? Lead of SW product development core team; focus on time, cost, validation, homologation
? Resource planning and management
? Product milestone planning, controlling, reviews etc.
? SW Change Review Board (CRB) contact
? First point of contact for requirement management, research and development, vehicle engineering,
system engineering, product/design/contract functions, homologation, externals (validator,
assessors like TÜV, etc.)
? Supporting the overall effort of identifying the development gaps, assessing impact and risk,
and finding effective solutions together with all relevant departments
? Collecting and maintaining of product requirements and development of product concepts
? Create product roadmaps
? Finding the right balance between available resources and objectives for iteration
? Identify resource problems, technical problems, identify critical product development phases,
risk management
? Initiate reviews, collect documents, requirements check
? Defining, prioritizing and promoting the testability needs and benefits together
? Control testing activities
? Leading technical decisions regarding the product
? Define and initiate product implementation actions
Requirements (Must have):
? Experiences in a wide variety of SW development efforts, techniques and tools
? People skills, especially diplomacy and advocacy skills
? Planning and management skills
? Knowledge of the railway domain and locomotives
? Language skills de und en (business fluent in spoken and written)
? Knowledge of business administration, purchasing process, SW Quality (CMMI)
? Have a high level of commitment and determination
