Specialist Compensation & Benefits (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Administer merit, personalization, equity adjustment and bonus processes
- Work closely with all levels of management to enforce the communication and policies of the Compensation program
- Develop and recommend compensation policies and procedures
- Improve processes to ensure corporate pay philosophy remains market competitive while maintaining linkage to company philosophies – pay for performance
- Analyze and evaluate clerical, technical, professional, administrative, and management positions
- Determine salary bands, levels and FLSA status, prepare and revise job descriptions and develops new titles
- Analyze change in salaries and/or salary bands that deviate from policy or job structure
- Communicate findings and/or recommendations to management
- Design and conduct compensation surveys; participate in compensation surveys conducted by other companies and organizations; benchmarks positions and salaries throughout the organization
- Compile and analyze data to adjust the salary structure
- Counsel with other department supervisors/managers in the administration and interpretation of salary administration policies
- Formulate, disseminate and maintain salary structure and policy information and materials
Main qualifications
- Profound experience in compensation and benefits
- Fluent English
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
