Support for the implementation of a provisioning system (m/f)

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Supporting the migration of provisioning processes for enterprise sales into a new environment
- Supporting the consolidation management, harmonisation and simplification of provisioning guidelines as well as project management consulting
- Responsible conflict management/decision-making support in the solution-design
- Consulting the technical project management in the development of a project-execution strategy
- Proactive driving of the provisioning-model definition
- Moderation of workshops, identification of conflicts between operative project staff and active troubleshooting
- Inspection of requirements from the specialist departments and development of alternative solutions
- Swift conflict resolution
- Preparation of decision recommendations
- Presentation of the decisions in governance commitees
- Risk management
- Supporting the customer in the reconciliation with the employee representation
- Negotiations with suppliers
Ihre Qualifikation
- Experience in the management of large-scale projects (budgets of 25 million EUR and more), especially in change- and organisational-projects
- Senior and authorative appearance, especially in the reconciliation with internal customers, professional communication and presentation skills (up to the level of directors and CxO)
- Very assertive and robust personality that does not avoid conflicts but reveals and eliminates problems
- Experience in requirements-engineering
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Know-how regarding sales processes, especially sales management and provisioning concepts/-rules within large organisations with both direct and indirect sales teams
- Product know-how regarding Callidus is desirable
- Project management experience is desirable
