My client is based in Hamburg and specialises in offering new opportunities in digitization for clients across the globe. They are fast becoming a market leader in IT and business consulting. They are looking for a Business Change Manager to take their business to the next level.
Job Description:
- You will support the people, the teams and the organization as a whole and establish the agile mindset
- You will ensure the continuous development of the customers and company; when a change is necessary, you recognize it and address it.
- You will be communicating the business needs, with a vision for change
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in an agile environment
- Change management in organizations
- Experience with agile transformation of an organization
- Knowledge of Design for Change, Design Thinking, Liberating Structures, Unlearning Strategies
- Fluent German and English
