Project Description
FSCM Credit Management Pilot and Horizon phase 7 implementation and Template Definition: The purpose of this project is to start with a template creation for FSCM Credit Management, pilot implementation of FSCM CR in 4 countries (PT, ES, CH, DE) and Horizon phase 7 countries (RU, KZ, BY, GE, UA, TR, EMEA, MX) to replace the FI Credit Management with all interfaces to FSCM Collection, FSCM Deduction, Inhouse Bank and Complemento de Pago.
Task Description
The scope of services includes the following tasks for the FSCM CR part, which are independently performed by the external contractor:
Technical set up for FSCM CR template definition and Rollout in 4 Pilot Countries (PT, ES, CH, DE)
Develop concept to implement FSCM CR on SAP ECC system (P92/P93) as template
Technical set up of CVI (Customer Vendor Integration), FSCM CR set up, WS-RM communication by executing the following tasks:
CVI /BP Transformation Process for FSCM CR
CVI Synchronization for FSCM CR
Customizing Business Partner (BP) Roles/Grouping for FSCM CR
WS-RM communication set up for FSCM CR
Definition of FSCM CR template
AnD Analysis
Define Concept with TAF creation for later roll outs
GAP Analysis
Implementing above mentioned concept in the pilot countries (PT, ES, CH, DE)
Data conversion from FI Credit to FSCM Credit for Pilot countries in Test and Production
Test of FSCM CR for Pilot countries
Cutover for go live of Pilot countries
Hypercare for go live of Pilot countries
Set up FSCM CR for Horizon phase 7.1 & 7.2 countries
Implement and test with all necessary Data take over concepts and developments for the Interface of FSCM Credit Management with FSCM Collection, FSCM Dispute & Deduction, Inhouse Bank and Complemento de Pago
Re-Implement and test the Modifications after the Horizon Upgrade for FSCM Credit Management, FSCM Collection, FSCM Dispute & Deduction, Inhouse Bank and Complemento de Pago
Timelines
The FSCM CR template definition with Pilot and Horizon phase 7 implementation has go lives in planned 6 steps:
Definition of FSCM CR template with concept and GAP analyse until April 2020
Re-Implement modifications Feb/June 2020
Develop in ABAP FSCM CR Gaps Feb – Dec 2020
Set up with IT test in 6 packages until end of May 2021
Set up and test Interfaces with data take over May 2020 – July 2021
Go live with cutover in June, July, Sep/Oct and Nov 2020, Jan 2021, Jul 2021
Hypercare (ABAP corrections) from June to August 2021 after the different go lives

Must have (!!! - everything) qualifications: FSCM Dispute Management, FSCM Collection, FSCM Credit Management, Inhouse Bank (Inhouse Cash), Complemento de Pago for Mexico , Business Partner Enhancements, CVI Integration, ABAP Objects, RFC-Processing, ALV SALV Reporting Framework, Formula Design (SAPScript, SmartForms, AdobeForms), SAP Enhancement Technology (UserExit, BTEs, BAdIs, Enhancements), CVI Integration (!!!), Language skills: German/English // Percentage onsite/remote: 50/50 // Shortlisting will be Feb, 13th around 10 am CET
