The project is about Service Cloud on Salesforce, it includes entitlements, SLAs & knowledge management with live agent chat.It includes integration with Intercom, Salesforce & JIRA. Salesforce is in between both tools.
There is an existing implementation of service cloud, so this new project should fit in the existing process, the business analyst would first need to understand the existing implementation in order to help the business in defining the user stories.
