Designs and documents global business processes and works on related systems specifications for the cleint's SD processes across the global client landscape.
Acts as a liaison between the application owners and template key users for the development and implementation of new and enhanced functionality of existing processes and solutions. Challenges current way of doing things by bringing in state of the art innovative ideas. Designs the business process and necessary changes, aimed at satisfying the business and regulatory requirements and designs the user requirement specification. Consults to the creation and documentation of test scenarios and test script, performing Integration and Acceptance tests for the proposed solutions in the validated system environment. Defines required capabilities for business processes, information management and conceptual architecture. Ensures completeness of requirements, identifies architecture interdependencies with other programs, and ensures design and solution compliance with standards and also the cross-functional alignment.
