For our customer in bavaria we are looking for 2-3 technical oriented Requirement Engineers.



Your tasks:


- Specification and Steering of CTA Product features


- Break-down and specify (high level) requirements


- Write specification to connect the DWH with the central CTA interface (CRS [Cat Risk Services]) for a bi-directional


data transfer of portfolios


- Write specification to connect the GIS/Geocoding solution with the central CTA interface (CRS) for a bi-directional


data transfer of portfolios incl. the optimization and creation of new GIS portfolio data visualization functions


- Write specification to connect Cat Risk modeling engine “RMS Risk Link” with the central CTA interface (CRS) for a bi-directional


data transfer of portfolios and exposures



Your qualifications:


- Long project experience in the specification of software solutions (Describing the relevant technical information of the required CTA components)


- Strong Analytical and hands-on experience regarding data collection, transformation and aggregation processes


- Experience in describing/writing/challenging features of an agile product backlog in the form of user stories, story points, based on structured and simple descriptions of the desired functionality (incl. writing of specifications based on requirements for the development of UI’s , Interfaces and DWH extensions)


- Check and challenge sprint planning meetings with the prioritized agile product backlog and plan and describe the top items to the development team


- Support the development team to move items from the product backlog to the sprint backlog. In doing so, try to expand each Scrum product backlog item into one or more sprint backlog tasks so they can more effectively share work during the sprint(s).


- Excellent Excel skills


- Excellent communication skills in English
