Our client is currently looking for an ETL Data Integration and Opertions Specialist (m/f/d) in Kleinmachnow.

Description:

ETL Data Integration and Operations is responsible for cross-functional data integration, managing and supporting the day-to-day operations, data intake processes and development. Works closely with business partners to implement flexible, supportable and extensible solutions and change requests. Monitor, maintain and improve existing data flows and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess integration and data requirements, analysis, and modeling related workstreams across multiple systems and projects
  • Manage the work intake process for enhancement and support requests (i.e., requests for new development, etc.)
  • Responsible for integration release management working directly with release managers and team
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to gather, understand and define business requirements
  • Understand the structure, policies and operations of the organization to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals
  • Partner with Product Owner and Product Managers to identify ETL requirements for product roadmap features
  • Collaborate with developers and QA to test and verify that solutions meet business requirements
  • Manage risks and issues, escalating to senior stakeholders for resolution
  • Provides ongoing production support, including responding to user issues, collaborating with the technical team to analyze and resolve reported data issues
  • Document use cases and ETL processes

Skills:

  • Deep understanding of data management best practices, including ETL, data modeling, data management, file management, reference data management, etc.
  • Good knowledge in Data Analysis and writing SQL, mostly Teradata, Hadoop, Python
  • Experience and familiarity with ETL tools, mainly Talend Data Integration and/or MuleSoft
  • Understanding of Salesforce data model and integration would be an advantage
  • Able to identify multiple approaches to problem solving and recommend the best-case solution
  • Proven ability to work directly with users and management to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build good relationships and rapport
  • Working knowledge of best practices for automating and monitoring batch jobs
  • Experience delivering solutions for enterprise level systems, balancing real time vs batch processes
  • Comfortable contributing and debating in a casual and friendly team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication in English
  • Experience of working in an agile environment
  • Highly adept to change
