Role: Senior Consultant
Location: Mannheim, Germany
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months (extendable)
Language requirements: fluent German and English

Job details: We are looking for strong Consultant who can assist the assigned team within the Customer’s organization with modeling best practices for test-first development, continuous integration/delivery, paired development, automated testing, and other Extreme Programming (“XP”) practices as deemed appropriate.

Mandatory Skills:
• Good understanding on all Agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban
• Experience as a Scrum master or with the agile methodology.
• Knowledge of Agile software development.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.(German language speaking is must)
• Interpersonal skills and patience
• Should have Valid USA visa

• SharePoint Add-Ins (Provider Hosted Apps)
• ASP.NET MVC & C#
• PowerShell
• HTML5 / jQuery / Bootstrap / CSS3
