Wir suchen für ein Kundenprojekt einen Mitarbeiter als Program Management Office (PMO) Support - Automotive für den Projektstandort Raum Frankfurt am Main.

Projekt : Program Management Office (PMO) Support - Automotive

Task:
The PMO Support role has cross-functional experience in IT program management with specialization in one or more of the following areas:
- Metrics and Analysis
- Multi-project Management
- Communications/Intranet
- Reporting
The PMO Support role works under the direction of the PMO Lead in driving uniformity and standardization of work within the Domain and providing clear communication and direction to project teams and key stakeholders.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify, manage and resolve conflicts across projects in a business domain.
- Maintain and communicate domain level schedules for critical cross-project activities such as tollgates, senior management reviews and quality reviews.
- Disseminates information related to key project and domain accomplishments or issues, process changes, and business or technology news that is related to domain activities.
- Leverage and contribute to Program Management Center of Excellence.

Requirements (Must have):
- Bachelor?s degree in a related discipline required.
- Relevant certification preferred.
- Strong proficiency in business communications computer applications required (e.g., Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Access, and Powerpoint) for manipulating large data sets for reporting purposes and creating effective graphics based on the metrics gathered.
- Knowledge of statistics, statistical data modeling and OLAP tools with general understanding of common database functionality and reporting tools.
- Ability to track issues and questions from multiple components of a large organization at many distributed sites, and route information to appropriate people.
- Ability to manage complex schedules of project governance reviews.
- Ability to support multiple projects and make a large organization more efficient by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask well.
- Minimum 3 years IT organization experience and aptitude to communicate with members of a software development team and executives.
- Automotive industry and domain experience preferred.
- Experience working with and communicating with a widely distributed global team.
- Experience in various roles of successful IT systems development projects; experience managing IT projects preferred.
- Experience implementing operational improvements quickly across complex organizations.
