Beschreibung

- Portfolio and Project Management - Manage all aspects of multiple projects/processes related to Automation Upgrade.
Project including planning, estimating, scheduling, tendering, monitoring, reporting, risk management facilitation, execution, invoicing, and closeout. Maintain a master project plan and schedule for assigned projects. Translate team plans into actionable and measurable tasks. Ensure a timely and clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Reports directly to Site Automation Lead (Project Owner)
- Responsibilities
o Manage and implement multiple projects simultaneously
o Identify potential risks to projects and develop mitigation plans
o Define and direct internal resources required to support project execution
o Manage and direct external contractors/consultants required for successful project completion
o Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders
o Maintain Project Management databases for all project related information including timelines, milestones, priorities, etc
o Contribute to developing organization-wide capabilities and standards on project management methodology, tools and implementation
- Requirements
o Master's degree in Engineering or Pharmacy. Business (MBA, PGDM etc.) degree is a plus.
o Significant commercial or project management experience within the Pharmaceutical industry or life sciences consulting
o Demonstrated ability for successful implementation of projects of strategic importance
o Strong team leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
o Demonstrated experience in Computer Validation and Data Integrity within a Quality or Operations organization in the Pharmaceutical, Medical device or Biotech Industries
o Prior people management experience; both internal resources and external contractors/vendors
o Experience with change management methodologies, different operating or business models and business process re-engineering
o Strong analytical & problem solving skills and result orientation approach
o Strong organizational, interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills
o Team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
o Flexibility, to adapt to changing project scope and direction
o Fluent German and English (written & verbal)
o Experience with MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel desired
