Unser Kunde aus dem Energieumfeld aus Düsseldorf ist ab dem 03.02.2020 auf der Suche nach Unterstützung durch einen Technical Architect/ Analyst for Privileged User Management and Access Management (PUM/PAM) (w/m/d). Die Auslastung beträgt 5 Tage die Woche wobei ein Remote-Anteil von 2-3 Tagen die Woche möglich ist.Bitte reichen Sie Ihr Profil auf Englisch ein!
Project description:
The project aims to implement tools and processes to manage privileged users and privileged user access to IT systems in office IT and Operational IT at power generation and storage facilities. Project owner is corporate information security department.
The successful candidate provides technical knowledge in the desired area of expertise and business process re-design as well as its implementation into a large corporation.
Tasks:
- The candidate shall support the PAM implementation project as an Analyst and Technical Architect.
- Analyze existing processes and re-define new processes for privileged user management and access management (PUM & PAM)
- Monitor successful implementation of processes and technical connectivity within newly installed PAM tool set and existing CMDB (ServiceNow) and Identity Management (Sailpoint)
- Monitoring and steering of service providers
- Definition of work packages to be accomplished by the designated service providers
- Support the implementation process of the new tool set with all stakeholders
- Create documentation for service operations and helpdesk (Run Book and Service Desk Scenarios), create documentation for wider company audience, including video and web based.
- Manage System interfaces, data logic and process management
- Manage technical dependencies
- Actively drive implementation of project related processes and technologies
Skills / Profil:
- Proven track record of implementation and operations skills in at least one PAM product, preferably OneIdentity Safeguard (aka. Balabit) or Wallix Bastion at a comparable size of company
- Experienced in business process modelling (BPMN, UML2)
- Experienced in Technical design of PAM solution
- Good understanding of service management processes and how to implement PAM into an existing service organization
- At least basic understanding of ServiceNow, Sailpoint Robotics automation
- Basics in Project Management
- Understanding of Azure / Azure AD and AD technologies and admin processes
- Strong team player, well organized and communicative person
- English and German business fluent
