Global Compensation Controller (m/f)

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Take a lead role within the centralisation of Finance Compensation related tasks from the business and convert into a run the bank role
- Ensure that the process is in line with our centralized model and all clients are serviced to the highest level, especially during the transition phase
- Ownership of P&L and BS accounts
- Responsible for production of month end reporting package including forecasts for senior management.
- CH and local GAAP adjustments
- Ensure that process documentation is kept up to date
- Ensure compliance with policies and constructively challenge current processes in order to increase efficiency
- In this role, you will be working together with a global network and clients include location and regional controllers, HR & senior management.
Ihre Qualifikation
- Degree (Uni / FH) and minimum 3 years accounting / controlling experience
- Chartered Accountant or equivalent
- Knowledge of IFRS 2 would be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- Must be detailed oriented
- Motivated to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Good team player who actively contributes
- Strong MS office experience (especially Excel); SAP and Business Objects knowledge would be an advantage.
- Fluent in English
- German an advantage
