IT Support L3• Ensuring the operation of the IT infrastructure (LAN, end user environment)
• Administration and operating systems (Windows Server, Linux)
o Dell Isilon OneFS / VxRail - VM Systems
• VMware Administration - vCenter, vSphere, VMware Horizon (VDI) solutions in the VDI environment
• Support configure LAN and Wi-Fi network infrastructures as well as patch management
• Assistance in performing administrative tasks (backup, maintenance, recovery)
• Support in performing scripts and server certificates, license Mgt
• Documentation in the infrastructure and the safe handling of production and business data
• successfully completed training as an IT specialist or comparable subject area as well as practical and professional experience (at least 5 years) BA, BS
• Good knowledge of virtualization via VMware (vCenter), ESXi, VDI environment
• Good knowledge of Windows servers (installs, trouble shooting), proxy, group policy, etc...
• In-depth knowledge of network configuration (VLan, Cisco switches)
• Very good understanding, problem-solving competence as well as a strong service and customer orientation
• Team players with a high level of commitment, a great sense of responsibility and a sovereign handling of stress
• English and good knowledge of German in word and writing – dealing with vendor /supplier contact
English and good knowledge of speaking and writing German, EU citizenship is mandatory and German nationality will be preferred
