duragIS is looking for a Terminal Client Integration Engineer (m/f).• Mobile terminal validation & integration under lab conditions
• Analysis of issue root causes by deep protocol tracing, explanation
• Timely and high quality integration of issue description to the internal ORACLE data base
• Reporting to the internal technical manager of a test session
• Preparation and execution of test sessions of new mbile terminals covering the areas of browsers, MMS, JAVA, E-Mail, user agents, XHTML, etc.
• Analysis of the device’s malfunction by investigation of the protocol messages captured by traces and log files
• Identification of the possible root cause to simplify the bug fixing of the supplier for the terminal or infrastructure component in the beginning with support from experienced test engineers
Technical and Professional Skills:
Engineers degree in telecommunications or information technology ++
Mobile Radio Technologies: GSM, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, HSDPA +
Air Interface layer 3: RR, MM, CC, GMM nice to have
Mobile Services: Speech, PS Data, SMS, Supplementary Services, SAT, ETSI, 3GPP +
Internet Protocols (TCP/ IP, HTTP, etc.) ++
Internet Client Technologies (browser, MMS, JAVA, user agent, XHTML, etc.) ++
test (or development) experience in terminal (or network business) ++
Experiences in multi-supplier terminal IOT sessions +
Tool Knowledge:
MOTIVE data base (best case / optional) +
Mercury based WFMS (best case / optional) +
Interpersonal Skills:

Additional Skills:
German native Speaker (best case / optional) ++
