Senior Project Manager SAP Analytics Cloud (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Introduce and ramp up the SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) platform in a controlled way for IT and business self-service in alignment with all stakeholders
- Deliver best practices to organize SAC self-service BI and Analytics for ERP in Roche Affiliates together with the business
- Design the governance process of the new SAC solution aligning different IT and Business stakeholders
- Manage and priorities the pipeline of IT managed projects and self-service initiatives wanting to use the platform and drive continuous improvement of management and rules around this new platform
- Driving training content and sessions to enable self-service around tool, BI and advanced analytic capabilities and responsible data management
- Defining framework and drive communities and community events for users to exchange and learn (e.g. doctor sessions, SAC days, Dashboard makeover, Analytic challenge etc.)
- Drive and coordinate activities around the SAP Analytics Cloud platform, in contact with other internal IT groups nearshore and offshore and central coordination with SAP
- Ensure easy access to data by cooperating with data cataloging activities and driving both data democratization activities as well as data risk awareness
- Assess the value of this service, benchmark and understand market trends to continuously improve for best customer outcomes
Main qualifications
- Recognized expert-level knowledge of relevant methodologies, technologies, languages, standards and processes with profound experience in relevant area, preferably with broad industry exposure
- Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud, and experience on self-service analytics tools
- Proven background in leading one or more high-level, complex technical projects within the constraint of scope, quality, time and cost, to deliver specific requirements
- Experience in managing an analytics self-service platform (e.g. but not limited to setting up standards, governance, best practice and trainings)
- Expert in Project Management Methodology (AGILE)
- Excellent understanding of complex landscapes and relationships (business, systems, policies, etc.)
- Excellent ability to communicate to others not only what is being done and how, but also why
