Scope of work
- Order management
- Performance and auditing
- Support budget planning
- Provisions and accruals
- Examination of incidents and orders in the sense of testing RBUs
- Analysis and optimization of the process
- Order processing

Skills required
- Windows 10
- MS Office
- Excel with VBA knowledge (nice to have)
- Sharepoint 2013
