Task Description1. Engaging with customer technical stakeholders to ensure the efficient utilization and application of the BSS solution to fit customer business requirement.
2. Providing on-going consultation and advice on all technical aspects of the solution.
3. Supporting customer on all aspects of integration design and testing of the BSS system with customer current and future networks, in conformance with the agreed program scope.
4. Supporting customer in design, testing and deployment of new services and promotions based on customer’s BSS and other product catalogue offerings, in conformance with the direction of key program stakeholders
Skills:
• 5 years or above of business and IT consulting/architecture experience in Telecom and High-tech industry
• Experienced in IT planning/Architecture; more than 2 IT/BSS successful BSS program experience.
• Knowledge in eTom and ITIL.
• Fluent communication in English and German
• be familiar with one of these solutions/products: CRM -Epiphany, BILLING- LHS, IN- LUCENT
