Role Objective:
Client is looking for a project manager supporting the EDI migration project from on premise to public cloud, managed by a vendor. The role will be reporting to the leading Client Project Manager of the EDI migration project.
The Project Manager role supports the leading Client Project Manager in all aspects of the project over the entire life (initiate, plan, execute, control, close).
The duties include assembling the project team, identifying appropriate resources needed, assigning individual responsibilities, and developing the schedule to ensure timely completion of project. The Project Manager must be familiar with system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the project team. The Project Manager needs to be comfortable managing scope and resources of the project during the project lifecycle in close collaboration with the vendor and the leading Client Project Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
• An undergraduate degree is required; graduate engineer (Applied Science) is an advantage.
• PMI or Prince 2 Certification is valuable, but not required.
• 5 years of IT experience with 3-5 years project management experience, preferably for a progressive IT organization within a manufacturing business or with Client.
• Experience from managing agile projects and preferable holder of a Scrum Master title or similar.
• Experience leading at least 1 enterprise level project.
• Strong interest in managing project in the digital portfolio.
• Management of medium to larger IT projects: budgets from $250,000 to $1,000,000+ and project teams averaging up to 12 resources.
• Experience leading or participating in a variety of technical and business driven projects.
• Experience within Service Now PPM module or similar project/portfolio management tool
• Experience creating and maintaining project budgets.
• Project management skills and experience or training including the utilization of project management best practice life cycle methodologies and documentation processes. This should include experience with standard tools and processes for:
o Originating
o Planning
o Executing
o Controlling
o Closure
• Previous experience with EDI and migration to cloud projects is an advantage.
• JIRA experience is an advantage.

2) Role: EDI Specialist
Location: Nuremberg, Germany or Stockholm, Sweden
Start Date: Feb 2020
Duration: 6 months
Billing Rate: 650,-- per day
Experience Needed: 5 years of IT experience with 3-5 years project management experience
Language requirements: German and English, other languages are an advantage.
Role Objective:
The EDI Specialist will deliver enhancements to the operational system integration applications. He/she also will support EDI Service Delivery to go live with the provided solutions. The key objectives for this role are to ensure that:
Take responsibility for assigned projects and tasks in EDI team
Coordinate communication with all parties involved in assigned projects
Make sure the assigned projects are delivered in time and budget with good quality
Escalation of risks and issues are done in a an appropriate way
The solution delivery conforms to the business requirements
Identify and agree requirements and specifications for assigned projects
Working with international application teams within or outside of Electrolux to design EDI solutions and to assess impact on applications and business relations
Definition and clarification of interface message formats using standard formats like EDIFACT, TRADACOMS, SAP IDocs, XML and/or self-designed in-house or other formats
Direct the development of integration solutions for the Electrolux message/file broker environment Axway Synchrony Integration Broker and Synchrony File Broker
Defining and setting SAP EDI partner profiles in SAP.
Following the defined change control procedures for moving new System Integration components into production
An adequate level of documentation is provided and the documentation is stored in the appropriate repository to ensure access by support and development staff
All delivery conforms to the defined processes and procedures operational in IT and the EDI CoE
Achieve high level customer satisfaction with projects and support of the solutions delivered
Create monthly progress reports and status feedbacks as required
Mandatory Skills: XIB consultant with experience in Customer side (ORDERS, INVOICE, ORDERRSP, DESADV and SELLOUT, and knowledge of SAP is advantage), some logistics and XFB skills for SFTP and AS2
Competencies
• Definition and clarification of interface message formats using standard formats like EDIFACT, TRADACOMS, SAP IDocs, ANSIX12, XML and self-designed in-house formats
• Configure internal and external file or message transfers using all common transfer protocols like X.400, AS2, SFTP, HTTP, email and others.
• Defining EDI partner profiles and all configuration required in SAP
• Experience with EDI projects in analysis, design and delivery
• Knowledge of the application development lifecycle
• Knowledge of a project management methodology
• Knowledge of common data format standards (e.g. EDIFACT, XML)
• Knowledge of common file transfer methods (e.g. MQ, X.400, AS2)
• Knowledge of EDI and B2B system integration design, programming, configuration and delivery
• Knowledge of transforming specification to technical solution
• Knowledge of a programming language (e.g. Java, C, C++, .NET)
• General knowledge of a message broker environment
• Knowledge of Axway B2Bi platform an advantage
• Knowledge of a programming language an advantage
• Knowledge of e-invoicing is an advantage
