Global Authorization Manager (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:

We are currently looking for an Authorization Manager.

Your tasks:
+ Define a methodology (framework) for user-to-role assignment across different business sectors and ERP systems
+ A special focus needs to be on groups of users that may need access in various ERP systems in parallel and/or are subject to being blind spot (shared service center users, apprentice, etc.)
+ alignment of different methodologies of user-to-role assignments across business sectors and systems
+ User Split analysis from 1 to 4 ERP systems
+ Connects business requirements and technical tools/solutions/procedures
+ Sets up and maintains connections to global test management and project management
+ Main stakeholders are
- change & training management (prerequisite for role assignment),
- authorization team (responsible for user-role assignment),
- key users (responsible to identify users etc.),
- test management,
- project management

Anforderungen:

+ High-Level knowledge & experience (hands on) of SAP authorization profiles, objects and roles
Understands how business process procedures affect authorization design.
+ Experienced in designing and maintaining authorization matrices (user-to-role matrix)
+ Understanding input and requirements from the specialists teams (training, change, authorization, test)
+ Knowledge of connections between business requirements and technical tools/solutions/procedures
+ Global test management
+ Project management
+ Having experience in managing at least a small group of internal or external consultants in Projects
+ 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in ERP implementations
