Our client, a global leading telecommunication company is recruiting for a Field Service Dispatcher to join their business in Germany.

Responsibilities:

The Dispatcher is the interface between the customer and Field Service
Responsible for the timely execution of all incoming work orders
Ensure compliance with the SLA agreed with the customer (service level agreements)
Control of the operations of the field service technicians taking into account the rules applicable according to ArbZG, TV and BV as well as from an entrepreneurial point of view
Prioritization and tracking of orders taking into account the deadline
Coordination of appointments with customers, service providers and carriers, necessary access authorizations
Processing and maintenance of orders in the Trouble ticket system and the order tool
Creation of performance documentation for the data collection, orders, weekly reports, evaluations and statistics in computer systems, such as in SAP
Clarification and resolution of contradictions in orders in cooperation with the commissioner, the dispatcher and the field staff
Identification of current quality problems by analyzing the frequency of interference suppression orders
Coordination of incoming orders for effective order processing based on economic and technical aspects
Processing and coordination of material and spare parts supply in the field service included the required booking processes




Qualifications:

EU citizenship is mandatory
Completed vocational training as IT system electronics technician or comparable training
Professional experience in disposition (Incident & Implementation Management)
Knowledge of basic network structures in the network area (Access & Core)
Dealing with troubleshooting tools and the MS Office package
Teamwork
Good communication and information behaviour
High customer orientation planning, organisational and decision-making ability, prioritising tasks,
assertiveness
High analytical skills and load capacity
English and German (minimum B2/C1) mandatory
