Ihre Aufgaben:
- Digital design of logic part for CMOS image sensors. Implementation of synthesizable Verilog RTL for on-chip signal processing algorithms, sensor controls and I/O interfaces
- Logic verification to ensure functionality in compliance with the specification
- Definition of specification
- System architecture design
- Algorithm development
- FPGA rapid prototyping and development of prototypes for customer demonstration
- Digital ASIC design in close collaboration with our in-house back-end groups (analog/physical design)
- Functional validation and image quality analysis in our in-house Labs
- Support for mass production ramp-up and design-in at our customers
Ihre Qualifikation
- M.Sc. Electrical Engineering / Microelectronics or equivalent
- Substantial work experience
- Strong knowledge in digital CMOS ASIC design (Beneficial experience in Synopsys VCS and System Verilog VMM)
- Strong Verilog (beneficial System Verilog) skills
- (optional) Experience in CMOS image sensor design and pixel processing
- Preferably experience with a scripting-language like PERL or TCL
- (optional) Beneficial experience in MIPI CSI-2 and SMIA++ specifications
- Very good English skills
