Job Description:
We are looking for competent consultants for a well-founded consulting in the SAP Success Factors environment, with an experience of at least 2-4 years. You will be responsible for analyzing a situation and pointing out new perspectives. You should find the most suitable solutions, whether it is the proposal of a new module, the implementation of new functionalities in SF or the implementation of a complete strategic project.
We are looking for experts in all module areas of SF. They should have excellent analytical skills to identify the root cause of problems and to present their solutions comprehensively and in detail
The goal is to help our business be more functional and successful.

Required Skills;

• Show an ability to work under pressure to meet challenging targets
• Good communications skills
• A broad technical understanding of SAP HR and related HR Systems together with a deep understanding of the SFSF modules and their integration within the system landscape
• Proven internal consultancy skills, at least 1-2 years’ experience as a consultant in a German and international environment
• Project Management skills in order to plan and run smaller and bigger projects

Role:
• Implementation of short- or long-term projects to solve a multitude of requirements and needs
• Conducting meetings with the relevant departments to record and understand their requirements.
• Conducting interviews, surveys, etc. to collect the necessary data.
• Conduct situation analysis and data analysis to identify and understand a problem.
• Organization and implementation of training courses
• Experience in project management
• Thorough knowledge of field of expertise and willingness to keep abreast of advancements
• Certification in Success Factors consulting or field of expertise is an advantage

Learning Module:

• Management and support of the application
• Leading of rollout projects for new processes and system functionalities within the area of Learning
• Responsible for sharing knowledge and expertise in the Success Factors Learning area, business area or technical area validate the requirements from business and deliverable that describe the product or services in the support area or projects area (Success Factors Learning)
• Provide input and create user documentation and trainings
• Conduct system (Success Factors) demos and trainings for administrator users
• Test Success Factors Learning using and evaluating it for accuracy and usability
• Resolve incident relevant for the product in their area of expertise
• Responsible for system configuration and implement changes
• Responsible for maintaining all the documentation related to Success Factors Learning
• Responsible for Success Factors Learning user management (administrators and external users)
