Job Description:
We are looking for competent consultants for a well-founded consulting in the SAP Success Factors environment, with an experience of at least 2-4 years. You will be responsible for analyzing a situation and pointing out new perspectives. You should find the most suitable solutions, whether it is the proposal of a new module, the implementation of new functionalities in SF or the implementation of a complete strategic project.
We are looking for experts in all module areas of SF. They should have excellent analytical skills to identify the root cause of problems and to present their solutions comprehensively and in detail
The goal is to help our business be more functional and successful.
Responsibilities- Integrations & Interfaces
• Implementation of short- or long-term projects to solve a multitude of requirements and needs
• Conducting meetings with the relevant departments to record and understand their requirements.
• Conducting interviews, surveys, etc. to collect the necessary data.
• Conduct situation analysis and data analysis to identify and understand a problem.
• Presenting and explaining the results.
• Advice and preparation of suggestions for improvement, in accordance with the objectives
• Preparation of plans for the implementation of the recommendations
• Organization and implementation of training courses
• Evaluate the situation regularly and make adjustments if necessary.
• Independent further development via industry, products and specialist areas.
• Proven experience as consultant
• Experience in project management
• Thorough knowledge of field of expertise and willingness to keep abreast of advancements
• Knowledge of data analysis and research techniques
• Knowledge of business software and IT systems
• Ability to develop detailed proposals and plans
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Analytical and creative
• A great listener with ability to communicate with people of diverse disciplines
• Certification in Success Factors consulting or field of expertise is an advantage
Qualification:
• University degree, professional qualification and experience in HR, HR IT beneficial
• Strong analytical and technical understanding of cross module interfaces in multiple systems landscape
• Business fluency in English and Good to have German
• Experience as IT Consultant in Success Factors integrations with various related modules including on premise systems
• Ability to work both independently and within in the team
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Excellent business communication skills
• Experience in Agile Methodology desired
