Aufgabe:
- Update the project plan and other project initiation documents to ensure appropriate project running
- Support up to 8 ITOs in all aspects of MLCM project tracking and management
- Define and collect project metrics including cost, time, quality, and risk
- Schedule and attend project meetings and document meeting minutes and action items
- Manage the issues list to ensure issues are documented and actioned as appropriate
- Effectively communicate with key project stakeholders on project issues/progress
- Take responsibility for quality assurance within the program by overseeing that project services methodologies, standards and procedures are being implemented

Anforderung:
- Good tertiary education with proven experience wokring within projects (preferably Maintenance Lifecycle projects)
- Ability to communicate effectively to senior managers
- Ability to produce clear, concise reporting
- Solid analysis, problem solving, issue resolution and decision making skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Knowledge of MLCM project methodolgy
- Proven ability to communicate with all levels of management in a clear, concise manner
- German a must
- Other attributes: process-oriented, attentive to detail, strong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures, tact, discretion and diplomacy, strong time management skill
