Ihre Aufgaben:
- As senior project manager you are end-to-end accountable for the project delivery
- You collaborate and work closely with your business partners, IT-domain manager, internal IT-staff, external consultants, support units as well as with the IT-infrastructure departments
- Lead and coordinate the project team
- Plan, organize, control and report all project work and risks
- Ensure the project delivery stays within scope, time and budget
- Manage of stakeholders and their interests and establishing effective communication channels with them
Ihre Qualifikation
- University degree or high level technical qualification
- Minimum of 8 years experience as project manager in large projects (10+ people) and proven track record in IT-project management within the financial services industry, preferably in a global company and within a large IT-organisation
- Proven knowledge of project management processes, methods and standards, preferably familiar with RUP (certification IPMA B, PMP or equivalent)
- Strong organizational skills with disciplined and structured approach
- General IT-knowledge in the area of warehousing, databases (e.g. DB2, Oracle), data modelling (e.g. PowerDesigner) and reporting tools (e.g. OLAP, Cognos, BO, TM1)
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong leadership skills with assertiveness
- Experience in the area of credit risk management is an asset
- Good knowledge of both written and spoken English and German
