FPGA developer- freelance role- 12 month contract- €85/h- Stuttgart- January startMy client is currently looking for Design and Development Engineers in the fields of FPGA development. They are a fast-growing tier one automotive company. They specialise in the design, development, manufacture and supply of advanced technology products which are line-fitted to world-famous prestigious cars in Europe, USA, India and China. They are seeking several freelancers to come on board to ensure that their projects are completed within the fixed time frame.
Key responsibilities required for this role will include:
- FPGA Implementation including requirements capture, VHDL RTL coding and physical stages
- Writing and execution of VHDL testbench code and other IV&V activities
- Safety related design process development and maintenance
- Model Based design techniques using Matlab/Simulink modelling and simulation
- Requirements tracking, configuration control, incident reporting and project documentation
- Lab support during hardware development stages
