Our client is looking for a Senior (SalesForce) Architect that can work with SAP and Google Cloud services in a micro-service driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business representatives, and subject matter experts to design IT systems and programs
- Ensure that IT systems and program to be implemented are in synchronization with the needs of the business organization
- Collaborate with solution architects and network architects to provide enterprise solutions
- Manage and secure clients IT assets and frequently update them to meet changing demands of the business
- Prepare proposals and cost estimation of designing and implementing IT programs and systems
- Work with network architects to enhance sharing of resources to improve information flow and minimize costs
- Assist business managers in developing policies and guidelines regarding the design and implementation of IT within the enterprise
- Educate non-technical employees on how to utilize programs and software in managing work duties
- Ensure the timely completion of enterprise IT projects
- Monitor the activities of the enterprise architecture to ensure compliance to the overall project plan
- Detect deviation from project plan and take corrective measures to bring the project on course
- Test programs and software at completion to ensure conformity to expectations.
Essential Skills/Qualities
- Education and certification: To be employed as an enterprise architect, you are expected to have completed a Bachelor's program in IT related discipline. We ideally seek a Master's degree and you must be trained and certified in IT related professional course, for instance in computer networking and database management.
- Demonstrable (certified) knowledge of multiple architectural frameworks, hardware, software, application, and systems engineering. We would look favourably on full stack combinations of the following:
- Web & Application Servers: Java (J2EE), JQuery, Javascript, HTML; Jboss; Node.js/Express.js; Oracle Weblogic 11g; TIBCO Administrator; Tomcat, WebLogic 11g, ATMI; REST/WS; SOA/SOAP; XA; XML/XSLT, Rendezvous; Apex, Visual Force pages design, Triggers
- Programming Languages: AQ Oracle; Java; PL/SQL; C; C#; C++; Java (J2SE, J2EE); Objective-C; SQL; PHP; Python, Go, ASSEMBLER; PASCAL etc.
- Operating Systems: Linux; Unix; Windows (NT/Server, etc), iOS, Android
- Cloud: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, etc.
- Application Platforms: SFDC CRM application; Tibco Adepter x; Tibco Business Event; Tibco Business Works; Tibco EMS 6.0; Tibco iProcess; BEA Tuxedo; Bea WebLogic server; Siebel; SonicESB; Tibco & Tibco BPM Suite, Oracle & Oracle Development Suite;
- Container management technologies such as lxc, Docker and Kubernetes
- DBMS: hsqldb; MongoDB; MySQL; Oracle; Sql Server; postgres; Kafka
- Development Tools: Business Studio; Eclipse; FileZilla; Gems; JCreator; NetBeans; Putty; SVN tools; Tibco Designer; Tibco Designer, Eclipse; Rational Rose; Visual Studio; WebLogic Workshop
- Middleware Technologies: SalesForce (CRM), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI); Oracle Fusion Middleware (Oracle Service Bus, Coherence); TIBCO (ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks, Administrator, BusinessEvents, Business Studio, RTView); TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM; TIBCO ActiveMatrix Service Grid; Tibco Suite (BW, ESB, ActiveMatrix, i-Process)
- Protocols: JMS; TCP/IP; WSDL; XML; XSD; XSLT
- We expect you will have completed and be familiar with a number of Project Methodologies including at least two of the following Lean 6 Sigma, ITIL, Prince2, SCRUM and particularly operating in Agile environments. Certification is necessary for the enterprise architect role.
- Strong business and analytical thinking skills: You must be able to understand the business aspect of the job.
- Communication skill: You must be able to communicate effective with team members and non-technical persons.
- Other important qualities to have to be suited for the job include the ability to manage a team, attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills.
