Wir suchen für unseren Kunden eine Enterprise PMO (w/m/d)Goal:
GD PMO is the central reporting and quality assessing unit of the entire program portfolio with high visibility on MD level. PMO 3 role within the GD PMO has functional leadership of further PMOs within GD PMO, ensures timely and quality assessed execution of all standard reporting activities and drives correct application of governance procedures through the whole IT organization.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Execution of project portfolio reporting on MD/Board level (status, progress tracking, risks and dependencies, financials)
- Execution of processual improvements according to IT-Portfolio Governance
- Support for focus projects and coaching of PM/PL staff
- Processing of ad hoc enquiries/project deep-dives
- Close collaboration with Demand and IT-Cntrolling departments for holistic budgeting processes and financial reporting
- Overview of central data cleansing and quality improvement measures through the portfolio
- Support of central communication measure
