Service Operations Specialist (m/w/d)
Role description
Candidate will be a single point of contact between operations units and project team. He/she is able to consolidate and verify requirements of operations stakeholders. He/she is able to verify deliverables according to given requirements, as well as communicate them to the stakeholders. Candidate works with ITAOs, Level 2 & 3 support teams and is a permanent member of the project team.
Strong background in Operations (DevOps / SRE)
- Source Control Management
- Build/Test Tools
- CI/CD
- Config Management
- Infrastructure knowledge (Cloud Platforms, Server Architecture)
- Monitoring and Logging Methods
Skills required
- Experience and knowledge of Deutsche Bank platforms and services
- Experience with event, alert and incident management
- Able to create Key Operating Procedures as well as execute them
- Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service
- Thoroughness, ability to implement planned activities in time and with high quality
- Contributes to problem and root cause analysis
- Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders
- Is fluent in German and English
