SAFe Scrum Master (m/w/d)For one of our end customers in Nürnberg we are looking for a SAFe Scrum Master (m/w/d) on a freelance basis.
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
- Ensure that the team lives agile values and principles
- Coaching team members on Agile Methods
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily scrum, grooming, planning, demo, retrospectives, decision-making processes, etc.
- Remove impediments from and act as safeguard for the scrum teams
- Facilitate SAFe implementation
- Lead multiple Agile teams on SAFe methodologies with knowledge of embedded SDLC process
- Knowledge of and ability to apply project management principles
- Ability to enforce predefined rules in the teams
- Ability to build close relationships and adequately communicate with stakeholders
- Able to deliver results and create valueInspire others while not accepting mediocrity
